Endurance Pre-Entry Instructions

WERA is rolling out a new pre-entry system for endurance teams to make your registration experience as easy as possible. Instructions are provided below:

Any team interested in pre-entering for an endurance race before they get to the track will require an account with our pre-entry system. You can find (and register for) that site here: https://maps.wera.com/maps.online/index.asp.

• Proceed to the "My Profile" section of the site and select the subcategory "Race Entries".
• Each event currently open for pre-registration will be listed. If you do not see the event listed that you are interested in, pre-entry has already closed or not opened yet.
• To access the Endurance pre-entry system, select the Endurance link listed to the right of one of the event's days as seen on the picture below.

By following these steps you'll be taken to a page listing all previous teams you have ridden for or that you own. If you are missing a team or need to create a team, please contact [email protected] and we will assist you. From there you can add members to your roster and enter for your race.

The team roster will reset at the beginning of every season. Be careful adding members to your team's roster. Once added, you will not be able to remove them! Per the rulebook you are only allowed to have 5 members on a team per season (without special consideration).

I keep getting an error message when trying to register

 

You and a few others tried to enter almost exactly when I was in our system fixing a bug .
If you haven't already, you will now be able to complete the process without further issue. No further updates for now - I swear!
