Dear Mongo

I have a question. Is it legal/morally acceptable for me to offer a (small) cash payout to the top three spots in a particular class at Cycle Jam as an extra incentive to get folks out? Is this done? I really don't know. I don't recall ever seeing this discussed here.

Most likely, the fast guys (top 3) will already be there. If you want to make it an incentive to get people out, offer it up to 3 random positions (to be decided by random draw after race) excluding positions 1-3.

I'm actually also interested in the question. We may do something with the top finisher in 3 classes if it's possible.

Is there a rule, or place where potential sponsors can opt-in or read the requirements?
