Daytona 200 pole times

let's not get carried away.. LOL
That said, I will be running their rear tire in October at Daytona, for reasons discussed above. So indeed, some info will be helpful for that track.
Unless for some reason, between now and then, Michelin decides to send us some sort of "club racer-slowed down" version based on the Phillip Island motogp tire. (very very doubtful)

 

If Barney gave you a rear, I'll give you a front. We'll see what happens..

didnt Spies suffer a blowout at Daytona on the old dunlops also? I seem to recall him putting the leathers through the ultimate test there (maybe even setting a record distance of skid) but not sure if it was caused by blowout.

 

Spies, and Ben Bostrom a few years before that, as I recall.

 

Yes Spies at Daytona, I think he slid through the entire trip oval front straight or something like that. Matt Maladin and Livengood at Road A.
