That's the number that generated the post! Four days after leaving a message I got a call back. Ten minutes of conversation suggested I fill out a "call tag" from the website. They usually respond with two weeks. Usually. If I send the boots to them it would be 8-10 weeks, after the email. New Sidi Mag1 boots will be here next week and some brave soul might get these Torque 1 out boots super cheap with the left one having and emergency zipper release! Sometimes it stays zipped and sometimes it opens in the middle!
