cleaning warmers?

    mine got covered in mud from Helene. i'd like to clean them up. can they go in a washing machine?

    Mine have a cleaning tag but I’m at work and will check what it says when I get home around 4pm eastern

    based on the heater wire in there i would not throw them in the washing machine. too high risk of breaking.

    damp rag, to be safe. i'd write chickenhawk an email and ask

    I'd use a medium bristle nylon type brush before anything to get most of the dirt off as a first step in the recovery process.
    Then a good wipe down with a damp rag.

    I would also mount them on the bike for the cleaning.
