As a constant dreamer I agree with the have a dirt track in the yard and rip it often sentiment. We use stock pipes and rarely have trouble. It does rain a lot here though.
yeah, dirt is probably the way to go... I just don't want to be changing rims all the time, and it would be hard to hide an additional bike from the missus Plus I love road courses. I guess step 1 is to get enough land to ride, in a location where the neighbors won't hear a stock XR100 pipe. Then go from there.
My next step is to be further from neighbors as well. Our track is in a side lot, takes 20 seconds to get around and is very different in either direction. If you are in Saint Amant stop by.
