I thought it was fairly reasonable on price for what you get??

 

Base model S1000RR is $13,995 in the USA. Add for the Race ABS/TC etc. The dealers have piles of pre-orders already. First deliveries in January/February. They expect to have all preorders filled by March/April.

I like the RSV-4 and the S1000RR. If it's OK, I'll take one of each and send you the $$ when I have it? OK? Please?

 

CND MSRP is $17.3k(USD $16.3k) ABS/TC/QS and 3yrs warranty all come standard in Canada. Comparatively ABS on a CBR is +$2k. A marketing guy at the Toronto show told me that their race team supplier's parts upgrades could be made available and worked into the bike price. I really like this bike and the package seems really competitively priced to the Japanese machines.

 

I am boggled I watch this saying shift but then when he gets colse to red line the light is off traction control what is next a shit mypants o meter

The RSV4 seems to be the better handling bike.

 

If I were to get one (BMW), I would have to either order it with race plastics or install them immediately. My OCD simply will not let me get past the mismatched headlights. I know it is a BMW thing, but it is one of the stupidest things I have ever seen.

Doesn't any bike look better in race plastics?
