BMW going to Motogp? I'll believe it when I see it. Meanwhile, their 5 year effort in WSBK only to fail miserably at getting a title = weak sauce.
Yeah, because all you have to do is show up with a decent bike and you're pretty much guaranteed a title.
Yeah, But Broome is the only cog that is chromed and perfectly polished. The rest of us are all crusty and covered in rust.
Um, yeah, chromed and polished. Yeah, sure. He's covered in shithouse coon crazy with a side of what the f@ck.
I wasn't talking about mental stability. He is about as stable as a house of cards being build by Micheal J. Fox. I was talking about his crazy clean freakishness.
Of course not, but they've had a better shot this year than they ever have before. Hell, they've had more wins and ran closer to the front more this year than probably all other years combined.
I can't imagine the MotoGP angle, if they were really interested in that, they would typically develop a technical partner first, to dip their toes in it. So far, they've been hostile to the MotoGP crowd.
Seriously! I mean Suzuki has been ACTIVELY testing and developing and even they aren't jumping back in until 2015. BMW needs to race if they want to develop and improve the S1000 moving into the future. Or maybe they don't care about it so much. Not sure how much of their worldwide sales are comprised of S1000's???
BMW, like most bike manufacturers are shifting their focus to world market smaller-displacement bikes.
I'm sure it has everything to do with their perception of competitiveness given the new rules package being implemented buy Dorna. I feel terrible for Chaz, but I also feel confident he will land on his feet.
