Benny Solis.....

Is testing a Moto2 bike at Valencia. It's with the AGR team, the same team that ran Joe Roberts and Jayson Uribe in the CEV this year. Anyone know anything else about this??

Are there any testing rules around GP racing? Can Solis test at Valencia as he wishes and hop on a bike for the final round? Or does the test rule out a ride as it would in F1?

regulation 1.15.1 d) Wild Card riders are not subject to any testing restrictions

however, Benny might be considered a substitute rider instead of a wildcard, which might mean that Benny def cant test at Valencia within 14 days of the race weekend.
reg 1.15.12 e) Any replacement or substitute rider is deemed to be the original rider for the purposes of counting test days.
