Not really interested in the automated cheats, but now I'm curious about learning more about the console. Specifically, the section at the bottom of that cheats page "Maximize Script, Shows you which manufacturer, distributor, or launderer is the cheapest per batch.".

How do I use the console to add the data from those referenced pages?
If I add it, where is it saved and will it survive updates?
Where can I learn more about this stuff that's easy to comprehend?

It's got math problems. In manufacturing I never bought the "Used RV" but it still says I have 16/16. There are 16 items to chose from but I've only purchased 15. For a math game it's screwy
