Looking for a cheap set if anyone has some they'd like to part with. Condition is not terribly important, they'll mainly be used in dirt on a 150R as an interim solution. Thanks!

I'm deploying OCONUS in a few weeks. Need to ditch the Distanzias that are currently installed and spoon on something to run SM/DT for fun. Will figure a better solution when I get back home.

Just wanted to let you know you can get a new set of rains cheaper than the current price on the Maxxis...and a much better tire. JMO

Scored a set of Dunlop rains... How well do they play in the dirt? Recommended pressures?

Hard pack or loose? Rider weight?

155lb... Dirt oval is hardpack, not clay. Adjacent MX track is mainly sand. I'll just be playing around, nothing crazy.

I've had a lot of fun with the Distanzias at 15-17 psi, but they are way too tall and heavy for the bike.

For a loose suface with the rains, I would start at 15-18# to keep the lugs open. For a hardpack surface you could go as low as 10#.
