Anyone got an extra cable with the 6-pin sumitomo style connector?

I have the cable without the white end plug. You can buy it for a few bucks and solder it according to the diagram on aim website. It's very easy, just 4 wires. Let me know if that works for you.

    For Posterity...

If anyone is looking to create new Solo II DL cables you can crimp the connector of your choosing to these guys:

AMAZON LINK TO CABLES WITH 8 PIN CONNECTORS

Apparently the 8-pin screw type connector that AIM uses is common in industrial applications like robotics and audio equipment.

Sorry to say the cable you linked is not correct for the Solo 2 DL. It looks similar, but it's not quite correct.

    You need a Binder 712, 5 pin.
You can create your own connector quite easily from connectors readily available from a place like Corsa Technic, but I would order at least 2 sets of the 712.
The wires on the 712 need to be soldered on, and are very small. Unless you have a lot of soldering experience, you WILL mess the first one up.

Clarification: The 8-pin connector is used to connect the motorcycle ECU to the Solo's 8-pin Input channel. Proper pinouts and additional SOLO setup may be required. A representative procedure is described in this document: https://aim-sportline.com/download/ecu/stock/ktm/KTM_RC390_100_eng.pdf

Another great source for connectors and components is in the link to Corsa Technic provided by Michael above. I just lost more than a few minutes during a busy day browsing! For complete cables and Data system design solutions check this one out: https://www.unicalracing.com/
