No clue why Jim picked that time. I think it was trying to balance out east coast and west coast users.
I finally had to change the time limit when it would automatically mark everything read because of the 06:30 one. I'd log in at 6 and by the time it would slow down and then come back it would mark everything read but I'd only caught up on 25% of the crap.
9-10 pm is really glitchy for me. When I click on the Post Reply button it takes forever to show as posted
