So, Im a "graduated novice" from the WMRRA Series and have 3 races with the "experts" in 600 Superbike (thats what my bike qualifies for) and finish at the back of the pack.
I plan on doing the WERA West at Miller this month racing in:
    600 Superbike (novice
    750 Superbike (novice)
Senior Superbike. (has no designation for novice/expert)
The queston I have is what exactly is "Senior Superbike" ?

Senior Superbike is actually 4 classes SSB HW Expert, SSB HW Novice, then MW expert and novice. It's for riders 40 and older. The class breakdowns are on the rulebook.

Thank you. I will re-read the rulebook
