Okay, I hate to post this but I feel like I can no longer race motorcycles due to my tough battle with Head and Neck Cancer that seems to be slowly getting worse and worse. I am in the Port St. Lucie area in Florida and am willing to ship the bike if needed of course. The bike has a title. This thing does not disappoint! It is a super bad ass and you will basically be ready for the track. It's been sitting for almost a year now so it might need some fluids changed and things. Miles: 7,967 Price: $3,200 Location: Port St. Lucie, FL add ons: - Ohlins 25mm cartridge forks - Ohlins shock w/ hydraulic preload - GPR steering damper - Vortex fairing stay - Clip ons - fully adjustable rearsets - Full titanium Akropovic exhaust - 520 conversion w/ new sprockets - Power commander w/ custom map (pump 93) - Quickshifter GP shift - Keyless fuel cap SSR - NRC case covers - Yoyodyne slipper clutch - New Vesrah clutches - New double bubble windscreen - Fully safety wired I can also throw in a Pitbull rear stand, a pink vp racing fuel can, a doublewide motorcycle/atv ramp to make loading and unloading easier.
what does that matter? A set of appropriate springs is less than $200. FYI you could be 140lbs with pace or 240 without... and the spring rate could be the exact same
I’ve been trying to buy this bike since the hour it was posted. WOW, what a PIA. I’ve already bought two other bikes off this site in two months, yet this has been a challenge. The seller is unable to talk on the phone & only replies to text messages randomly. I’ve asked 5x’s in text messages how he would like to be paid, crickets! Being in Phoenix, over 2,000 miles away, is too big of a hurdle to buy from this seller based on the lack of communication. Not to mention, the seller has failed to mention, he actually does NOT have a title to the bike. This appears to be good bike at a great price. Personally, I’m think the seller given his battle with cancer needs a local buyer to help facilitate the sell. Dom, my prayers & well wishes for you to recover & one-day soon be dragging a knee again. If you have a friend, family member who can help you finish the sell, please reach out. -you have my contact info.
Sadly the seller passed. If I see any updates on the bike I’ll update anyone one here. I hated to see the news
I hate to hear this If anyone knows how to get a hold of his family, I believe I can find a good home for this R6. PM me any details you all may have. RIP, God Bless.
Crazy how things turn up. I found this bike recently listed in Wesley Chapel, Florida Facebook marketplace. Don's family decided to put it up for sale. I spoke briefly with the family member that posted it. Should be an easy transaction for whoever wants to buy it. I still have some race cams for this bike if someone is looking for a spicy second gen
