So I was re-working my track bike and after doing the thinner headgasket, cams, etc. It was time to put the motor back together.

I got an Error "35" on the dash for cylinder #3. I put new plugs in, tried switching the coils and same thing. The sub harness did have some wires on #3 that were "chaffed" but the harness test fine when you hook up an ohm meter to it.

Any ideas, or should I replace the sub harness to eliminate one possibility and keep moving down the line?
