03 SV question

i almost bought a naked sv yesterday, but then a friend of mine said he was told that the naked model has different geometry in 03 than the S model, and it would suck for track riding compared to the S. anyone have a sure answer on this? i need to know because its a killer deal but i dont want to buy it and then suck. thanks.

 

Buy it if it's a good deal. You won't notice a difference, unless you're looking to shave off .0500 you're lap times.I have both, not a big deal except for the fastest of riders.

I have an S model, 2003, with standard model triples. Mostly of what I have seen are standard models out there since they are helluva lot cheaper to buy.

 

you should think about buying the extended service plan.
