Well, If one set of wheels doesn't need the spacers and one set does............ There's gonna be a lot more frantic and a lot less smooth! Not to mention that it needs to comply with SS rules!
True , but only a complete and total moron would try to run an endurance race with that setup. Even a chimpanzee would know that both wheels would have to be set-up the same. Only if you were racing in the SS class, and then , it is almost unheard of that a SS team would change a front tire during a race. Then again, only a true clusterfuck would ever attempt to try to run 2 differently setup wheels on an endurance bike.
Good luck running one front at Jennings next week! I'm thinking you better start practicing those front changes!
We have never changed a front tire during an endurance race. and neither have any of the top SS teams, unless it was due to rain.

Hmm. We;ve been to Jennings a few times and never had to change a front,,, but we are running Michelins and they are GREAAAT.
