Hell of a race. When you take the best punches from 93, and pull away from him, you have arrived. Would have been even better with Martin up there, but the championship tightened up nicely.

Had Marc have pulled that desperate lunge like Pecco the Valiban would've gone full red mist. Looked like Marc probably cooked her a little too much running him down that far back.

The fact that Pecco pulled out a lap that was .2sec quicker than the previous lap record after that battle with MM shows he was just running fast enough to stay up front for the previous laps.

Good battle. Pretty safe to say Marc is back to baseline. Shaping up to be a great year.

you know that a therapist is only a phone call away, right? Find one that specializes is jealous obsession. Be sure to tell the therapist that the rider that is living in your head has been retired for years. It will help them determine your medicine regimen and how many talk sessions per hour you’ll need.

    good luck

Agreed, masterful race by Pecco from the first lap to pressure on JM89 to having the reserve to battle with MM93 and then set a new race lap record… he needs someone to make him a new logo with a wolf coming out of the sheep’s clothing.

Your English isn’t Englishing. It’s all the valiban fans that think he’s still racing he’s referring to. Catch up.

What’s even better in my eyes is the way he is leading the championship. It’s not a win, maybe 2, a DNF, and a 12th. It’s consistency, which is where he’s come up short in the past. String together a few good results and then fall off the radar. We all know he can win on a good day - he’s done it. But so can half the field. What separates the men from the boys, championship winners from also rans, and GP prospects from moto2 lifers, isnt where they finish on their good days. It’s where they finish on their off days. And he’s starting to show he’s got the mettle to separate himself. Here’s to hoping he keeps it up and isnt already too old to be given a shot on that trackhouse bike.

    A few things:

if FA#54 is set for Pramac but Pramac is speaking with Yami, how does this work out?

the other thing did anyone else notice that Tony Elias is the moto2 coach for gresini.

^^^ First time I've seen Toni without sunglasses... almost didn't recognize him!

FA#54 is set for a Ducati. Honestly if you're a young gun it seems Gresini or VR46 would be excellent options.

Great races this weekend. Despite the "damp patch lottery" it was fun watching.

Amazing race by JR, has the team itself gotten better or is it all the rider.

I don’t think he has the right passport for VR46

I’m going to say the team and he’s gelling with them big time. Hopkins was praising Beaubier at Cota with Joe and Marco pouring over his data even though different tires. Now that the team has some good data it’s no surprise they’re doing well. Trackhouse can’t not look at him.

I’m going to call the tin foil hat nuts out..

did anyone notice how neutered Marc’s GP23 is vs the GP24? That ‘24 just absolutely HOOKS out of the corners. Or is Marc still riding the Duc like a Honda?

Martin threw that shit away in epic fashion.

Also, Morbidelli’s second DNF after charging through the field. He’s usually not a wrecker, wonder what’s going on?

So does Ducati have another chat with mm about banging bars with the title contender?

Sorry but Mark can't go more than a few laps without contact with someone

Only true GOAT fans know the GOAT is indeed still racing, cars. It’s his friends and students that are beating the shit out of MM now. The race today was a great example of the shit beating.
So much so, MM ran out of shit to give and gave up.
It was a landmark race for MM, though. He is as delusional as his fans are, naturally. He tried his meathead bullying, in front of his home crowd several times and failed miserably. Now the entire world, his delusional fans, and more importantly the rest of the grid know he’s a punk. Some of us already knew he is a punk though. The really smart ones of us. The ones who know Rossi IS still racing.
