Serious question for guys like this….

Since they are “swatting” can you basically under the table tent it to a friend? Like have the friend fill out paperwork so everything is legal?

then friend moves in and “finds someone” living there with no papers or contract?

then friend punts her out or cops or whatever.

might take a week or so to get lease notarized and such, but don’t even be there just have the friend call the police and be like I rented this place, moving truck etc came here and this squatter is taking up MY leased apartment.

There is one guy doing this in Cali, originally did it for a house his mom was trying to sell and others have hired him to do it for them. He gets a legit lease, breaks in and then moves in as well and makes life miserable for the squatters. The squatters can't call the police on him 'cause that could risk their lease being inspected and found invalid so they eventually move on. If they do call the police, he's got a valid lease and written permission to break in if needed. What he can't do is damage the squatters' stuff or harm them, etc. But he CAN be a massive PITA.

The greatest lie sold in this country is that you actually own your own home. Some people are stupid enough to believe that.

What you end up owning is a tax, insurance and maintenance liability.

Try not paying your tax bill for 3 years and watch that house you paid off quickly vanish.

Tell the tax man you're just squatting.

Well your point really has nothing to do with squatters.
I can see you're angry with "The Man", but the alternative of not owning a house puts you at the mercy of a landlord at some point (even if the laws are heavily weighted in your favor). So what's the big difference?
