    They may have been counting on Herrin making a 3rd stop, and it never happened? Either way, Herrin had a gap that Escalante couldn't close, so at least it wasn't heartbreak at the line.

    Not at all the race I thought we would see or wanted to see but definitely impressive what Herrin and WarHorse did today.

    Rahal team showed up legit.

    Gutted for Hayes.

    Little surprised with Mesa’s result. Expected him top 5.

    Daytona is brutal.
