Motoamerica Live+ incompetence

ha ha. I've had a ticket open for two weeks now.
I got one email from an address starting with
no reply@. Requesting additional information that I can't even reply to

As well. I'm here at the track. I was hoping there would be a canopy somewhere with a help desk and or them trying to sell the product that maybe I could talk to somebody. Not.

 

A company called Brightcove is contracted by MotoAmerica to handle the live stream.

I'm starting to wonder if they are actually the source of said incompetence....?

I am fully onboard the struggle bus.
My Roku dumb TV and iPhone are both resisting my login. It recognizes me and my account, but is not allowing playback from today.

I deleted the icons from Home Screen, and searched and reloaded them in phone and computer. No dice.

 

The "Subscribe" button on the home page is locked. Is there some other reload process I should follow?

 

Once I logged into motoamerica I clicked on settings top right then my account. Something in there allows you to subscribe. I do believe the folks who wrote the language on the site need to go back to school.

I would also clear all cache and cookies before logging in again.

 

It worked fine for me today I watched everything live

 

My girlfriend found this little jewel Sportstribal that had Daytona on it.Gonna try it again tomorrow.
