I picked up a Rabaconda street changer last spring for $425. I’ve used it about a dozen times, mostly on Dunlop race tires. As long as you follow the steps as laid out in their videos, it works great. I’m very happy with it. It’s very nice to be able to break it down when not using it. I store it under one of my bikes on Pit-Bull stands most of the time.

Or there is a Coats 220 manual tire machine. for sale in the classifieds, in the "other" category. Actually two, one in VA and one in GA.
