Ah, the joys of not being a parent until you’re grandparent age…chances are pretty damn good I’ll achieve room temperature before my kids reproduce.
reminds me of a good racing friend, that that rode for me when I was injured, his brother teased because he was 65 months old before he stopped breastfeeding to go to kindergarten… seriously… and his mom was there when he was teasing him…
yeah I waited a long time, all my kin started way early for generations, but always wanted to be a parent but racing and traveling made me think I should wait and just stop living to raise them… I spent 24/7/365 with them for the first decade and it was the best time spent ever… but I was wrong and should’ve kept living as it is what made me me… and what they love so I’m getting back to that… and trying to let them experience everything possible in hopes that they’ll find something they’re passionate about that I can help them achieve whatever dreams they have… it’s so cool to inspire and nurture them from art to science to sport to music and culture and languages and everything in between… by far the best experience in my life and I’ve done everything I’ve ever chose to try… being their dad is the best by far
Just think of the possibilities your kids will have since they have a great dad ... like I did! <--- See that beeb name over there? It wasn't given to me - it was EARNED! ;--)
This thread reminds me of an old man on the back porch, old man on the back porch, old man on the back porch, and that, old man is me ee ee.
Our granddaughter is getting ready to be one. Can't get her all hopped up and return her, they live with us. She may be a morning person, she wakes up happy. She makes for an entertaining alarm clock.
love it man! Motorcycles have been a constant, of course, one of every size… I’ve had over 100 broken bones and 9 orthopedic surgeries so I wasn’t sure how I’d go about it as I never wanted them to feel any pressure to ride… so I decided that as long as the asked me to ride and not the other way around I was good with it… thankfully they love to ride and ask all the time and we’d ride all day… some of my favorite times… here is a pic of a day that they wanted to go for one quick TTR ride with me before we went somewhere… he was trying to hug and kiss her for letting him go first but their helmets held them apart the video is hilarious
The only rules we enforce are no weapons on each other and no porn. I always have chocolate stashed somewhere, pizza for breakfast and ice cream for lunch. Iced tea or coffee milk all day. We take the family kids to theme parks and ruin them. We never had kids so we spend the time and cash on the ones who'd not get a chance otherwise.
A few weeks ago, but I was in Tavulia. The VR46 store has a lot of car stuff in it these days. Pizza and cafe are gone.
Spotted this on I-15 in southern Utah a few days ago. VERY interesting story if you google the license plate.
After a much needed rowdy day in Juarez and a good and short sleep at Hotel Paso del Norte last night, I woke up at 5:00 am this morning and decided to head back home. When I got home, there were four does chilling under a tree up my driveway and I rolled down my window said hi to them as I passed. They just looked at me. A few hours later all four visited me. Pic of two of the four hanging out, eating green leafy things, and watching me watch tv.
I counted 8 Doe and 2 Buc driving the 40mins between Nashville and Gallatin on Thursday last week. Eating asphalt, not greens But the guy with the cordless Dewalt SawZall got a free 4 pointer! Dang TN... Chill.
They're everywhere up here, always getting hit. My friend Gary got a nice 8 point then 4 days later a woman hit a 8 point just up the road from his house. She didn't want it so he took it. Two 8 points in a week.
