Feeling pretty good now. Only annoying part is not being able to lift that arm and wearing the sling at night to keep from doing something with that it in my sleep. I have a follow up Monday and will know more about restrictions for the next few weeks.
Definitely feeling better from a cardio perspective, even just on daily tasks. Can't get back in the gym just yet, but am looking forward to it!

Follow up went good. Everything is healing as expected. 3 more weeks with no arm movement above the shoulder and then no restrictions.

Excellent news. To me it feels really odd having a hard bump in my clavicle area, I don't know if I'll ever get used to that, but that's just me:eek:

Well if you were a real racer and had plates and screws in your clavicles you wouldn't even notice. :D

I was just thinking about that today, now that all of the bandages are off.

I was always so far out in front, I never needed to lay it out in any dangerous situations :D
