Ive ridden with the rule since 1987.I know it well, and have probably hauled more "participation" trophys to the dump, than you could ever jerk off to in a wet dream

What about when a rider throws a chain on the front straight at NJMP, slows down and sticks his leg out to signal following riders. And gets his leg hit by another rider at about 100 mph, throwing him on the track with his boot ripped off his foot. And is obviously severely injured, unable to get to his feet rolling on the track in great pain. Do you stop the race and roll medical? Well that's not what happened today, with bikes approaching Motoamerica safety crew jumped over the wall, retrieved his boot, moved the bike to the wall and picked the rider up like a sack of potatoes carrying him to the wall and hoisting him over it. Without regard to whether he had head, spine or other injuries. No medical rolled, yellow flags were displayed.

Everyone on hot pit was mortified watching it unfold. Worst display of Race Direction I've ever witnessed.

Max Flinders on the podium in Bagger race 2! Go Max!!! Well done, it's been a long time coming and well deserved/earned.

    Cheers,

I helped carry him,And held him with his dad on our lap while sitting on the guard rail waiting for medical. I couldn’t believe what was actually happening. His poor dad tried to do the right thing, but your son is screaming in pain and looking you in the eye he finally jumped the wall. It was something I have never witnessed before at any level.

I spoke to Chuck late in the day, Jackson has a pretty bad knee injury and is getting evaluated tomorrow by a specialist. The entire thing was surreal.

I don’t know who’s crying on which side of this or who’s right or wrong but I’d like to plop everyone’s asses back to the 90s when there was just an ambulance flag…. That meant you have a flashy lit box truck on the track somewhere and to add that info to your various variables and race on! :Poke::crackup::eek: Back in my day get off my lawn and all that shit :D

I was the one who was about to hit him when he was ejected from his bike. I swerved right to miss him and then left to miss his ghost riding bike. I assumed it would be a red flagged and basically stopped racing and after about half a lap in, I thought, “wow we’re going to keep racing I guess.”

That was my day to,and every now and then these days.My whole point to this tampoon festival was the placement of corner workers and waiving flags being made visible. As someone else mentioned,I think the blinky yellow light should be put on all race bikes triple tree maybe? No one is trying to shit the system of passing under a waiving yellow.Maybe in moto x .I've been on track in full tilt boogie, and had to pass an ambulace. Its come a long way but Cams penalty yesterday was ridiculous. He is,and has been a professional.I have zero doubt he never saw that flag, regardless of what some track day weiner coach may think.

We used to call that striping… when a good friend or sometimes an asshole needed to a reminder of you… we’d stripe their leg of their new leathers, when they were white it was way better :D extra points if you striped an outside leg

I’d stay away from any tracks on scantily clad dancers, of any sex, but I’d guess you’d know your move if you decided to “hit” on them :D

Tampoon was stolen from one of the craziest fuggers I ever rode with from SC.He was 65 yo,and wild af!! We raced harescrmbles together, and I literally watched him poke his sons boss in the eyes, two finger style like the stooges. The old man just didnt give a shit, and would fist fight anyone! God I loved that crazy bastard. He had no filters and use to race cars dirt track to.

Come on guys, Blake put on a show this week end. The kid has great control of that bike and he seems to undergo a transformation (the good kind) when the visor goes down. 2X champ says it all. I got to believe there is a spot for him to race up class next year.

IIRC, MA had tried this many years ago, and then went away from it.

It seems to at least coming back with better technology, and showing up in cars more and more. Not really because of overall safety, but because of the lack of corner workers at the stations
