The hydraulic collar is at the bottom so still accessible.

The ZX10 shock is mounted inverted in the swingarm. Preload adjustment goes at the "bottom". It's accessible.

We have never ran those, the preload adjustments on track are rare but the option is there when needed.

I don’t know anyone that makes suspension adjustments while on track. All the more reason to put it somewhere they can’t reach it.

How many top riders have you seen or do you know of that adjust their preload on track?

This isn't an everyday practice it's more while we have an open track at a private day and you're trying everything possible while on track usually after making some setup changes. My first rider that tried this was winning Expert races and championship's,
on a Honda when people were saying it couldn't be done on one..

Anyway back to your original question mount that adjuster on the subframe or ditch the remote adjuster imo.
