R1 code clearance

    I'm trying to clear codes from a 2o r1 and I can't get an OBD2 CAN scanner to work with the system. Anyone have have luck with the system? Thanks

    Have you tried the diagnostic mode? Shouldn't need a scanner.

    Appreciate the input - the newer R1 doesn't have the diagnostic mode anymore

    Do you have the adapter to go from the Yamaha plug to the OBD plug?
