One of our guests is going to be sending me some photos he took. The Dirty Santa gift exchange went well. I don't know who brought, and got stuck with, the Justin Bieber CD but that was hilarious.

looks like i'm not the only guy with dog portraits front and center in my house.

 

The engines usually aren't the issue. A normal 1600 will get ypu around but don't expect to climb the big hills. The biggest issues are normally the transmissions. When you really start to run it, either the spider gears die an early death or you lose 2nd gear. I think we are planning July or August. And we bring lots of spares

Anything can bust. Hopefully the 5 rib bus tranny will be plenty strong. Running Porsche inner cv joints with VW outers. Would prefer the outers to be the weak link if/when I snap one. Not my first rodeo

looks like you had a great time. Sweet little girl had a CT scan in Atlanta early yesterday morning so it was better to not have to do a road trip both Saturday and Sunday (had to punch the clock on Friday).

She did get to chill with the bearded one on Thursday night :up:

Yeah, Randy looks like you guys had a good time. We had my family's Christmas that weekend, or else we would have driven down. Thanks for the invite though, and Merry Christmas to you and Susan (and Barrett and Jackson.)

We'll have to work on scheduling earlier next year. This was the 5th year we've had the party and every year it's starting a little earlier, lasting a little longer and people are getting more drunk. I think it's going well
