A fond farewell to WERA.......

.....Thanks for the memories. Now that we are back home in Texas and Garrett is going to the AMA, I'm not sure if we will be back in the WERA paddock too much anymore. Here are a few photos from over the years....we are going to miss you guys.

It will be strange not see your family in the WERA paddock.

All I can say is the courtesy shown by you guys to my nephew @ the Summit National in 2010 was one of the kindest acts I've ever seen in the paddock. I kid you not when I say to this day his aspiration is to be a racer, much in part to his experiences at Summit and his interaction with you folks.

i must say... watching you and Jake Lewis dice it up at this year's Summit Nationals was something else, honestly. we were blown away. i've been watching racing since i could even remember and still that one made me chuckle to myself and clap sitting at T1 watching you guys dive in SO much later and harder than everyone else and gap the field like that. its the kind of thing when you're like, "oh i've seen it all", then somebody STILL can come along and re-ignite the fire like that and serve as a reminder to why motorcycle racing is so awesome.
