Tally rollcall!

I have a first gen EX250 race bike that I am selling for $800 that I will have at Tally as well, if anyone is interested.

I may race it in the E class... I dunno yet though. Just figured I would bring it along.

 

i raced it one year when it snowed in the morning, never unloaded the bike until 2nd call of my first race, went out and won. i did two races that weekend, for a total of 20 laps, plus warmup and cool down laps. me and smokesignal huddled in the back of my sprinter with a propane burner all weekend. but it was fun as hell.

 

Good times.
Dits and I had one of those last year.

Those are the kind of races/weekends all of us will remember when we're all old and wrong.

 

I still haven't thawed out.

 

Hey Dits, are you going up to Tally? If so would you mind delivering a fairing to Kanatuna for me? If so I can bring it over anytime.

Anyone coming out to ride the mini class? My son and I need someone to race with. Weather looking pretty good.

I'm tring to work it out now, so I can make it friday.

 

We are planning on Friday. Caleb will be doing the Bargy school. He has never done a race school. Should be good for him. Look us up in the pits

Ed announced yesterday there will be practice on Friday for sure.

 

He is on an RS85 this year. He has not ridden it yet. We'll be hitting an empty parking lot this weekend. Never ridden with clip-ons and rearsets. Hope the transition won't be too hard. I'll be riding my 150R motard this season so we can both run the same class. Glad to be off the XR100. I could count the ears of corn going down the back straight at tally.

 

Does anyone know if the race school is for sure happening? Im for sure coming friday if it is, first year racing ive been lookin forward to the tally race for months id hate for te school to be cancelled

 

Ed's school is Friday and WERA school is Saturday, both are a go.
