I think the series decided his future. I have been less than impressed with the great 8 since the Olympics. The russians played much as the caps did the last three games of the series.

The next round is going to be tough for the habs and the bruins. Both the flyers and pens are playing some tough hockey.

Being a canuk and not liking hockey is like being irish and not drinking...it ain't logical!

 

Much like football, defense wins championships in the NHL. The Caps thought they'd continue to score 5-7 goals a game in the playoffs. Run in to a hot goaltender that gets in to their heads and it's golf time tomorrow.

The B's were pissing me off when they kept letting Philly back into that game. Hockey is one crazy sport.

I'm likin' what I'm seein' so far but Joe Louis has not been very kind to the Sharks over the years so we'll just have to see how this series plays out.
