The bank that made the loan committment pulled out last year. There were, as you can imagine, legions of lawyers involved and some pretty high caliber ones at that. It got nasty.. REALLY nasty as tends to happen when millions of dollars are on the line.

Without going into all of the nasty details that led to a resolution that the parties can live with I can tell you is that as of February 24th the project is back on track with a closed loan and funding stream to finish the project as planned.

I will continue to bring solid and reliable udates to you as they are available.

Spoke with Brad over the weekend. Progress is being made with the contractor and a additional step was taken with the lender. Solw but steady progress.
