Taking in Salt Creek Beach from 180Blu Ritz Carlton @Boman Forklift : This is where the cool kids hang out.
Camping south of Red Lodge. This is why I live here. We were the only ones for miles. Lots of griz, tho.
She's cutting a mesquite bush root with long handled pruning shears. It was a bit much for the weedwhacker even with the rinotuff brush blades mounted.
It is beautiful. We are talking about going there or the montage for Thanksgiving with some friends. Our kids are going to their in laws this one.
Bay of Fundy in the background. We're calling the lighthouse home for the next few days just outside of Hopewell cape NB.
Nice! I would absolutely love to be a lighthouse "attendant" (not really sure what you call them) As I understand it they drop you off there, leave you a shitload of provisions, and resupply you regularly. Other than that, glorious solitude. I could definitely see me doing that for a year, no phone, no internet. Just me and a gargantuan stack of all those books that you are 'supposed to' read. That would be fkn awesome.
At some point in your life you thought burning cash like a millionaire was a good idea, so you took a bike onto the track. You ain't poor if you actually made it to the WERA website and registered, let alone did a track day or a race.
If you think bike racing has money in it, never make friends with guys with race horses They're on another platform
Is that a real world rendition of Calvin & Hobbes' tree house? EDIT: Nope. I was misrememeberinging...
See, if you were old as dirt like some of us, you'd know that was a Little Rascal's reference. Not to dis C&H though.,..
