It's the Yamahas, with one Ducati slightly smelling their exhaust.

Then everyone else significantly off the pace. Hope this is not a precursor to the rest of the season.

You know it ....reflection of my time with the IOM TT and BSB guys.... at least I didn't say " it's MEGA" !!!

 

Pridmore and White seemed to think it was Q1 and that is what the schedule says.
The Broadcast schedule and live timing say it is P2.
But the Broadcast schedule has the next session labeled as Q2, which would indicate this is Q1.
So the usual confusion / mess for MotoAmercia.

Gagne really took it to the field in that session. So happy to see him doing this.

 

That’s a crazy gap. I know it’s first practice but damn Gagne is on another level.

Not sure what is going on with SDK. Appears something happened after his third lap.

 

SDK crashed. Commentators didn't know details and no footage apparently.

 

Crashed. Look hurt on the TV feed. Looked like on corner exit so I'm guessing highside. They never showed a replay of the crash.

I’d bet that ain’t as large as you think. Definitely a lot less than he’d have made at aprilia.

Rins' times in FP2 look fast and consistent...

 

Once Petrux figures out that Duc, he's going to be off into the sunset. I don't see anyone being able to compete with him. I mean, first sessions of the year and he's already at the top.
