What weight rider is this setup for, although really what I'm asking is, what springs in the front and rear? What type of cartridges and which shock. These maybe stupid questions as there maybe no options with a 400, I don't know? I came from tuning my son's 600 and there were plenty of different options on cartridge's as well as options on rear shocks?
I currently have it set up for a 185lb rider and my speed (me) but I have lighter springs for a 135-55lb rider that come with the bike. I used different springs for different tracks I have got away from the weight of the rider and adopted a new approach and it has worked well. the front forks are FKS 224s full carts and the shock is a KA 744. No stupid questions all good ones to ask if you want to see it run I can text a video or anything you wanna know just call I see you are on the WC or I know the time difference is a pain.
Well as advised if I can get 9k for it I will sell it in the next week or I will just race it this season and sell it in the off season. Don't you love taking the hit haha ....its racing
She seemed like a good one!! Wish this one, or the 7k one you wanted the bodywork off of, would have been in my budget. Currently the budget means being able to dump it in the dumpster after a crash and not worry about it.
