He isn't so much of a rescue as his previous owners wanted him to have a better life than the time that could give him currently. They took incredibly good care of him and put in the time to turn him into a good dog. It's great when folks only care about the health and happiness of the dog. They did great work up to this point and all we have to do is continue making him a good dog.
Killer is a rescue cat. He was raised by an Irish Setter. He has a lot of dog traits. People call him the catdog. He hates other cats but loves dogs. Crazy.
My cat "Jack" was raised by my Doberman and acts out like him. Other cats don't like him and he don't like them. He was used to the dog's rough play (90 lbs) and takes no guff from anyone including me.
He did crash going around the corner on the hardwoods this morning but his head didn't pop off so I can't rename him Suzuki.
