Coming soon to a track near you? https://www.motortrend.com/news/westfalia-ford-transit-nugget-camper-van/
Given powerball money the first car I'd buy is a MB Transit conversion van. Well, maybe third or fourth car but I'd get one. lol!
Yup but just like "school bus yellow" you're not gonna lose that orange thing in a parking lot either.
They may have been making them for the last 50 years, but I’m yet to see one running in the same time span.
I saw several running and being camped in on my recent trip to Switzerland. Of course it was at a VW rally that was in one of the towns we passed through.
Based on my experience working for a used car dealership, yes, comparatively. If Honda or Toyota or even Porsche made this, then everything else would be completely pointless. But they don't, so we have to debate between Ford, MB, Nissan and VW.
We avoid them along with Audi's, we don't have enough time to deal with the constant problems. And thats a used car lot that only does euro's with the occasional something else thrown in.
Had a VW camper back in the 60s when we lived in Missip. I got relegated to the pop up, mom and dad got the bunks, and my stupid ass sister slept on the floor. Good times.
I’d dishonor camping etiquette if that belonged to a friend with whom I was camping by pooping in it.
