The trope of the tom boy. I bet you are way more feminine, especially in private, than you will ever let on. Let me guess, you find more in common with men than with women.
This is all really a good thing I think, because it pulls the veil back of what feminists really are/think. They are completely full of shit when they claim that women are strong, powerful, capable, independent and empowered. Nope, actions show that they think women are helpless, victimized children that need to be treated with kid gloves surrounded in bubble wrap. Pick one or the other you nit-wits.
MANY women are exactly those things. However, ZERO feminists are any of those things. That is the rub.
No, I am at my worst in private. I never said I have more in common with men though. Men have the emotional range of a teaspoon. I know how to behave when I am supposed to, my default is not what is expected of women though. I have a foul mouth and a great ass.
I've always found that the more you have to tell me that you're strong, powerful, capable, independent, empowered, intelligent, motivated, etc, etc, etc, the less of any of these things you actually are
Not true. Men have the same range and complexity (and maybe more) of emotions as women. What we (well, most of us) also posses is the restraint and composure to keep those emotions from controlling us.
Not only that, but men have a FAR greater capacity to show genuine love, deference and respect than on average women do. Grand romantic gestures - almost always done by men Sacrifice their lives and war and other self-less acts that put their lives at risk- most always men Its been often said that men are the givers if love, women are the receivers of it (both in the literal, anatomical and metaphorical senses )
That one goes for both sexes, but even if it was only directed at women, I don't need to be a woman to judge character.
