Adding STK600 takes a lot more time throughout the weekend. There's another set of practices, another qualifying, and the LCQ.
Already have my tickets and a full power RV spot for Pittsburgh. If you haven't been to PIR it's nothing like the old Beav. Got to give it to folks out there, they are continually upgrading and improving that track/facility.
No joke. What they've done over the last couple years is really impressive. I'm really excited to see MotoAmerica come to town.
For a more complete line-up, here's the link for Road Atlanta entries: http://www.motoamerica.com/sites/mo...championship-at-road-atlanta-rider-entry-list
Best spot right now is up on the big hill (can't really miss it). Unless they make some other major changes like grandstands or something (maybe they are?) I can't think that would change. Can see probably 1/2 or more of the track from there.
Thanks. I plan on heading up there in mid-July for the races just to look around and get a feel for the place before MotoAmerica comes to town.
The balcony over the garages is also a good place to see a large portion of the old section of the track.
Pit lane. Holding a pit board. Actually it sucks a little bit...having to run back and forth to the wall and then to the monitor. I wouldn't change it for the world though.
Boo. I was hoping they'd come in and mix it up a little. There were a few times that Corti was up front with just the stk bike, a superbike would have been great.
