wow. I feel sick. Chatted it up with him the morning of the 200 just what 2 weeks ago. I was giving him grief about trying to ride down on his bike he got from wally world. Talked a bit about the upcoming season wished him good luck and off I strolled. Damn shame, a cool guy taken way way before his time. RIP racer....
Checked this thread about 4 times this morning hoping for some different news, maybe somebody made a mistake or something. Guys like him aren't supposed to go out like that. Rip Dane. My condolences to his family and friends.
Devastated, I knew Dane pretty well for years. Now I regret losing touch with him the last couple years. He was one of the coolest guys you could ever meet. Condolences to his family and friends, especially Patricia and Chuck. RIP Wolverine
