    This was aimed at the AMA mongo not wera,I can always reach wera.I do understand this is a more less new event and things will need to be ironed out.I really hope it turns out as big or bigger then the old event because ahrma has one foot in the grave.If they die someone will have to fill the void.:up:

    Lets hope they DIE FAST so we can get on with it. It is getting just like the "caine mutiny" over there at AHRMA. You cant begin to make the stuff up- it is ridiculous.

    Clever songs, briliantly executed.

    Ever listen to "The Housemartins", Paul Heaton, Dave Rotheray etc. from the mid 80's?

    I'm planning to attend this event as my first race event after I got my license. I'm going to be running a Yamaha CT1 (175). Which classes can I run? I'm guessing the 250GP classes and maybe the Novice GP?

    Would it cover all the V5 guys that have been running the NC region this year? If so that'll work well enough for what we need.

    Okay, preliminary list is as follows:

    500GP = 500GP
    350GP = 350GP
    V1 = Clubman 350
    V2 = Clubman 500
    V3 = ???
    V4 = ??? (would all the bikes running fit in OSB MW?)
    V5 = ??? (looking at OSB HW)
    V6 LW = Gen X SB LW
    V6HW = Gen X SB HW
    V7MW = ???
    V7HW = ???

    Modern classes are -

    HW Twins SS = Stars HW
    HW Twins SB = Mega Twins and Triples
    LW Twins SS = Stars LW
    LW Twins SB = Stars MW
    Formula 2 = Formula GP HW
    125cc GP = Formula GP LW

    That's all I can see for now. My other issue is going to be points for the modern classes since the VMD event won't be split Ex/Nv. I've got to think more on that (or just do points for the Experts in those classes and the Novices can run for fun).

    Let me know ASAP if I've got anything really messed up or if you have any ideas on the classes with no real crossover right now. V7 is probably just out for this one but I'd like to get the riders out there even if not for points.

    Us lowly novices would like points too please. I have no problem racing with the experts as long as I am gridded with them. As a matter of fact I would prefer we combine it so the grids are big enough for Michelin to pay! We should do that everytime the grids are small. ;)

    It doesn't work that way sorry. Points are based off your finish, if you want Novice points it has to be the finish if the Novices.

    As for the grids, it's on order of entry so you'll be all mixed in anyway.
