Wow. He painted some body work for me about 12 years ago. Had good communication, he did exactly what I wanted and shipped on schedule. Work was good and the price reasonable. Kinda shocked here.

He was subsequently "defamed" on the CMRA board. He also happens to be a texas trial lawyer. He sues CMRA and various other people for it. Case was dismissed with this statement. As an interactive computer service, CMRA is immune from liability for defamatory posts made by its online forum’s users. There may be more, I do not know.
There is more. Case was dismissed because they cancelled his membership so he was no longer a member. However a lifetime member is now suing them for the same basic thing.

No doubt. I raced something once with brakes. I didn't like it. I had to miss my annual foray this year due to scheduling. Was definitely bummed
