Would this be legal?

If I put race body on my 01 6r, saftey wire it, tape speedo, remove side stand, would it be legal? If not what else must be done, if so what would it be legal for? ( 600ss, 600sb, 750ss ?) I'm not real fimiliar with A,B,C, & D right now.

don't forget to drain coolant and replace with water.

 

It has nothing to do with classes. The basic machine safety requirements are the same for all bikes no matter what class you race in. Only aftermarket modifications determine which class your bike is legal for.

don't forget the braided brake lines, steering dampner & bellypan.

 

Or a steering damper will work too.
