Worldwide Internet Outage

There's been a two-day-long Internet outage/slowdown here in Europe, and elsewhere in the world. Apparently it was caused by massive failures at Level 3 Communications in the US (a major backbone provider).

Are you US peeps seeing it too, or did they just f@ck the rest of the world and leave you guys alone?

 

Fine at my place. Still getting plenty of high speed internet porn. Who cares about the rest of the world!

edit: I just talked to my brother in Saipan on Skype. No Internet there either. They're waving palm fronds from island to island.

Back in the day when I ran a beeb I did once ban pretty much all of Asia out of frustration. I backed off. Some.

Erm, well, yeah - you know that sh@t is legal here? There's clubs and stuff. Not that I would know first hand or anything.

Headed to Amsterdam in a few weeks and a friend told the Mrs. and me we should go to a sex show. I googled it and it sure ain't no strip club. Hopefully she was kidding.

 

Level 3 has been failing since they have been around....

 

I wiped out half of Pakistan and large sections of India. I've wiped out more of South Asian than cholera and malaria combined.
