why does motoamerica want me to watch horses??

also, why do they keep trying to bill my credit card? they billed me yesterday then sent me an email saying my account was suspended. then the charges get reversed on my credit card. then they bill me again, then i get this email...

i tried to email their support team but all i get is an automated response.


what’s going on? anyone else getting this?

 

I got the same email but my billing info was out of date so seemed normal enough to me

 

I didn't get the email. But I am glad I got the early bird price on my renewal because I thought I missed it

 

I tried to renew mine Sat. to get the discount price and it wouldn't let me, said my renewal date was Mar. 25th so I figured maybe the special was for new subscribers only. When did you buy it last year, before Mar. 1st ?

 

Fake email? Or maybe MA is paying some other company to handle billing and they got the details way wrong?

 

Crap. Now should I wait to sign up?

 

The email I got said existing MA+ subscribers were to be auto renewed at the $54.95 price.

 

Me too. Not to bitch, but my renewal went through at $54.99, not $54.95. Did this happen to anybody else?

 

That would be nice. I don't know if I got an email from them, I think we used the email add. for our home computer, I don't check it much but the wife usually lets me know about if there's one that concerns me. I'll check it when I go in for lunch.

My Account says my next billing date is MARCH 13, 2020 for the pre sale package. My guess is that a year from when I bought it.

Well I haven't gotten any emails from them but looking at my account I guess it was renewed on 3/2 for 54.99.

 

yep, two charges that both got denied and reversed. weird

 

they're just trying to get you psyched for the bagger class.
