I have seen several and am very close to purchasing one.

I'd like some input from the ever-wise WERA board before placing the order though...

I don't mind spending good money for good equipment.

Which one do you like, and WHY ????

I'm partial to my Pro Lift. It seems to work smoother than some of the Handy benches I've used. Otherwise, they're about the same.

I like my Handy - heavy, strudy and anvil tough - Bought 6 or them for the old shop and never had issue. When I started out as a tech I worked on 20 year old Handy. That same bench is still in use today !

The Handy lift in my shop was manufactured in 1974,it HAS to have gone up and down a 100 thousand times by now,I'd say that would be a good choice.

No question Handy. It's made in Iowa.

    handy.
i've never seen anything fall off a handy that looked like it would take the bench with it.
(read: shit falling off of a bench that upsets the stability of that bench leads me to believe that bench itself isn't very stable.)

if you're shop set-up is flexible, get the dolly, too.

I've got a ancient Handy Lift that still has the airbag under it.

Got it from my local dealership when they replaced them.

    Works great.

I've used the Kendon lifts before. Good product. Good lifts. Only drawback is you can't really remove the front tire when it is on the lift. But, good for 90% of what you want to use a lift for.

I have the Kendon Sport Lift. It is very well made and excellent for tight spaces, stores up right, and can be easily moved.

Have a kendon... works well for my needs.
Though even a wooden table is better than crawling around on the ground!

Another Handy lift here. Mine has to be 15 years old but works flawlessly.

I have an older Handy, a newer Handy and a Pro Lift. All of them work great, for the money the Prolift is a great lift. I dunno if I love the diamond plate surface but it works just as well as a Handy.
