What is a good price for 1 year old 7x16 enclosed trailer?

Geezus. At that rate, you might as well look at aluminum trailers.

 

Pay for the trailer and a temp tag to get it home. Say you’re registering it in Maine. They should not charge you tax then. Then call Staab.

I don’t know where you’re located but this place in Virginia has what you’re after for $4500 new. I’ve been towing an older one of their trailers around since February and no complaints. Build quality seems good and it pulls nice.

I think, it’s a fair deal. The E-track, fixtures, and spare all add value. Do up the interior with paint and it’ll be nice.

 

White paint? Brighten it up.

 

My last two trailers I’ve done in Menards oil-base equipment paint on the walls, tinted in a really light gray, so it’s not bland white. Chemicals wipe off the gloss finish much easier than latex.

For the floor, Menards has a deck restoration product called Revitalize I usually get in black. It’s very thick and has texture mixed into it. I’ve spilled gas and oils onto it and it didn’t phase the stuff.

 

I have the same trailer in white, but is a 2017. Was thinking about selling it to get a taller trailer to fit the SxS in.
Kilzit on floor and walls....walls painted white, floor is non-slip deck paint, e-track everywhere, built in shelf in front, 2 TRS's, 4 upgraded D-rated tires w/rims, 2 full OEM spares.... Trailer has about 4000 miles, tires 3000 miles.

Has a blemish here and there but if i was to sell it, i'd probably ask $4200, and take $4000. Without the TRS's and 4 upgraded/tires and rims, probably get $3500.

I paid $3500-ish + tax, new in '17, Steiger trailers near Frankfort KY.

Place I got my 6x12 from has 7x16's for $5k. Just east of Stoughton, WI on US HWY 51. Interstate Trailers is the brand. Mine is pretty well built.

 

Well back on the hunt. Guy sold it out from under me. Find me a trailer.
