I'm going to VIR in a few weeks and wondering what preliminary setup steps I can take. I'll be on a 675.

What kind of gearing is good? Really any 600 class bike will be useful. I can calculate ratios and apply it to my bike.

What kind of Top speeds are you reaching on the front strait with the kink?

Is turn 1 the only hard braking zone?
Does one usually use harder or softer front springs? I use anywhere from 0.9 to 1.0. I'm 175 lbs.

    Any bumpy areas?

    All tips appreciated. Thanks!

    FrancisA Are you scared?

On VIR north, down one up two leaves me near or right at redline in 6th (on an r6), its juuuuust right, at the end of the straight

yes turn 1 is the only hard initial brake zone, the rest is one finger smooth trailing
