Thanks Mongo. Can we still pre enter if we email or is it shut down since it's more than 10 working days out?
As part of planning, knowing you may have a payout coming to you from a previous round could help make decision on whether you come or not (NOT based on the prospect of future winnings). @Mongo, can you find any info on payouts and or when they are to be paid?
Don't make me call Shroud and get DJ. I mean I'd slow the team down by 10 seconds a lap but we'd still do good.
I talked to Russell about it last night. I can't make it this time. Wasn't in the cards to make that haul. Next round MIGHT be Tally. On the SV.
Hey guys, Aaron and I will be posting up in various locations, but the payouts go like this: Total VIR purse: 10k In our first two rounds, we were able to come up with 6k each divided as follows: 4-hour: 1st= 800, 2nd= 500, 3rd= 300 2-hour: 1st= 600, 2nd= 400, 3rd= 200 For the final round, we will do the same payouts for THIS RACE event -PLUS- $1000 to each class points winner in the series. We talked about it for a while and feel it is best to provide a decent payout, while also adding the bonus cash for those that have participated in the series. Please note, Pirelli has also added prizes for the winners. We have every intention of continuing to build this series with additional venues for 2018. Thanks, Rob ..
Very cool Rob! So we're not doing overall points for anything other than grids right? If so my life just got easier (been trying to figure out how to incorporate the ULW into some sort of overall setup).
We need the points, Sean! That's how we'll determine the series winners. So it looks like you still have to do your homework!
In my earlier post above, I meant to write: "while also adding the bonus cash for those that have participated in the series".
